Convert Chase statements to Excel, CSV and QuickBooks
Download your Chase statement as a PDF, drop it into Tallyline, and get a spreadsheet or an OFX file for QuickBooks and Xero. The conversion happens in your browser, so the statement never leaves your computer.
Download the PDF from Chase
- Sign in at chase.com and open the account.
- Go to Statements & documents.
- Pick the month and choose Download. Chase keeps up to seven years of statements online.
How Tallyline reads it
Chase checking statements list deposits and withdrawals in separate tables with unsigned amounts. Tallyline reads the section headings to tell money in from money out, then checks the total against your beginning and ending balance.
If the calculated closing balance doesn't match the statement to the cent, you'll see the difference before you download anything.
Which format to choose
- Excel for reviewing, categorizing or sending to your accountant.
- CSV with debit and credit columns for most bookkeeping imports.
- OFX for QuickBooks Online (Banking, then Upload transactions), QuickBooks Desktop (Web Connect) and Xero.
Your first statement is free. After that, credits start at $3 per statement, or $19 for a year of one account.
