Convert Capital One statements to Excel, CSV and QuickBooks
Download your Capital One statement as a PDF, drop it into Tallyline, and get a spreadsheet or an OFX file for QuickBooks and Xero. The conversion happens in your browser, so the statement never leaves your computer.
Convert a Capital One statement
Download the PDF from Capital One
- Log in at capitalone.com and select the account.
- Click View statements and open the month you need, then save it as a PDF.
- Up to 7 years of statements are available for active accounts enrolled in paperless statements.
How Tallyline reads it
Works for both Capital One 360 checking and savings and Capital One credit cards. On card statements, purchases come out as money out and payments as money in.
If the calculated closing balance doesn't match the statement to the cent, you'll see the difference before you download anything.
Which format to choose
- Excel for reviewing, categorizing or sending to your accountant.
- CSV with debit and credit columns for most bookkeeping imports.
- OFX for QuickBooks Online (Banking, then Upload transactions), QuickBooks Desktop (Web Connect) and Xero.
Your first statement is free. After that, credits start at $3 per statement, or $19 for a year of one account.
